Cancellation requests must be received in writing no less than 30 days prior to the scheduled event. Refunds, less an administrative cancellation fee, will be distributed only to individuals who cancel 30 days or more before the scheduled event. No refunds will be distributed for cancellation requests made within 30 days of the scheduled event. The amount of the administrative cancellation fee may vary from event to event.
Please notify A Healthy Birth, LLC of any name changes or substitute registrations at least 15 days in advance of the event. Any funds transfer for substitutions must occur between the registrant and their replacement.
A $35 fee will be assessed on all returned checks.
In the instance of circumstances beyond our control, A Healthy Birth LLC reserves the right to cancel an event.
