A - Hey Brenda, the contractions seem to be getting very painful now. But still no water break. We tried the Step Two: Exaggerated Side Lying Position, but that seems to exacerbate the pain

B - At this point I'd try to calm them down. Try another bath, Tylenol PM if the doctor says okay.Contractions often intensify at night because oxytocin favors the dark. 100 oz water or as much as she can tolerate. She really needs sleep as much as she can. If it doesn't settle, you may call for a visit to the doctor or hospital for a dose of Nubian or narcotic to help her sleep. This is still extremely early.

A - Brenda, the contractions keep getting close and intense. We are going to the labor and delivery to get a check up. She is 4 cms and we are getting admitted. Doctor says she can feel the sac bulge.
