Doula & Educator ProDoula Pre-CD Labo
Lauren Bullington was initially trained by DONA International at the Penny Simkin Center through Bastyr University in Seattle, WA. She has since received additional training in labor support from the one and only Randy Patterson co-founder of ProDoula. Lauren has acquired a myriad of skills through these training's to provide emotional and physical support to both the birthing woman and her partner. She prides herself on being able to offer objective and unbiased information to families so that they can make healthy and necessary decisions throughout the labor & delivery process.
A native Texan, Lauren lived here until the age of 8 when she moved to the West Coast. She traveled to India extensively throughout her teens and early twenties immersing herself in the culture and beauty of the country and people. Lauren graduated from Oregon State University with a BA in Construction Engineering Management and a minor in Business & Entrepreneurship. She worked for a large general contractor flipping houses in California until she decided to follow her heart into the doula profession.
In her spare time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her puppy Ryder, cooking, attending sporting events and country music concerts.
